I’m Merel Bakker, founder of this boutique management firm established in 2024. My work is rooted in a simple mission: to bring clarity, stability, and thoughtful support to the lives and work of my clients. With a Master’s degree in International Law and more than 25 years of experience in organizational management, I’ve spent the past two decades working closely with founders, CEOs, public figures, artists, and high-net-worth individuals committed to meaningful work, long-term impact, and values-led leadership.
